For all the love smitten people,love is directly proportional to the amount of chocolate you gift to your valentine. And What better than gifting love laden and flavorful hand-crafted sweets doled out just for your someone special by you. Anyways, if you are spending money, why not do it the other way round and leave a lasting impression of 'you care'.

Crazy Choco Fudge

Crazy Choco Fudge
This is ‘The Effortless’ fudge in the world to make.
  • 12 squares of semisweet chocolate
  • 6 squares of milk chocolate
  • 1 can of chocolate sweetened condensed milk
  • 40 gm of butter
  • Gummy hearts

Time to prepare: 10 minutes
Time for cooking: 10 minutes


In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the chocolate chips on high for one minute. Stir, microwave again for 30 seconds. Now, Add the condensed milk and stir until it is of uniform consistency . The mixture will thicken up a little on stirring. This is normal. Pour this mixture into greased heart shape pan, and top with the candy hearts, gently pushing them into the fudge. Chill until firm. Pack them in a cute decorative box and gift them to your loved one to relish!!

Marshmallow Treat

  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 2 tsp vanilla
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • Package marshmallows
  • Marshmallow creme
  • 6 cups crisp rice cereal
  • Line a baking pan with foil, extending the foil over edges of pan.
  • Lightly butter foil, set pan aside.
  • In a 6 to 8quart heavy Dutch oven melt the 1/4 cup butter over low heat. Stir in marshmallows.
  • Cook and stir until marshmallows are melted.
  • Stir in marshmallow creme, vanilla, and salt until combined. Remove it from heat.
  • Add cereal to marshmallow mixture, stirring gently to coat.
  • Transfer cereal mixture to the prepared baking pan.
  • Press mixture firmly and evenly into pan.
  • Let stand until set, Using a buttered long knife, cut into bars.

Chocolate Covered Strawberries

Chocolate Covered Strawberries
  • 1 cup pretzel rods
  • 1 cup almonds
  • 3 bars semisweet chocolate, melted
  • 6 long-stemmed strawberries

  • Chop pretzels and nuts and place in 2 separate bowls. Chop chocolate.
  • In a double boiler, melt chocolate until smooth.
  • Dip strawberries in chocolate and then in pretzels or nuts.
  • Place covered strawberries on a tray lined with waxed paper.
  • Allow to set at room temperature and serve

Little Rock Fudge Candy

Little Rock Fudge Candy

Rocky Road Fudge Candy is an extremely rich fudge recipe using choco chips, peanut butter, and nuts.

  • 12 squares of semisweet chocolate
  • 10 squares of milk chocolate
  • 100 gm stick of butter
  • 2-1/2 cups peanut butter
  • 2 vanilla pods
  • 1 cup mixed chopped nuts

Time to prepare: 15 minutes
Time for cooking: 10 minutes


Evenly grease a 13" x 9" pan with butter and set aside.

In a vessel combine semisweet chocolate squares, 6 squares of milk chocolate, butter, and peanut butter. Melt over a double boiler on low heat. Stir well until smooth. Turn off the heat and add vanilla pods.

Remove 1-1/2 cups of this mixture and set aside. To remaining mixture in vessel, add mixed chopped nuts and remaining milk chocolate squares. Spoon into prepared pan and spread evenly.

Let it set for a while. Spread the remaining chocolate mixture over the set chocolate, cover and refrigerate. To serve, cut it in small diamond shapes and beautifully wrap and present it to your valentine.

Choco Peanut Butter Bonbons

Choco Peanut Butter Bonbons

The gooey Choco Bonbons melt in your mouth leaving a volcano of taste.Easy to make bonbons are sure to leave your Valentine craving for more. Follow the chocolate coating instructions for best results.

  • 120 gm soft butter,at room temperature
  • 450gms powdered sugar
  • 450 gm peanut butter
  • 1 cup toffee bits
  • 2 cups chopped mixed nuts
  • 450 gm chocolate (semisweet or milk chocolate)
  • 30 gm unsalted butter
  • chopped nuts, rainbow sprinkles, gummy hearts for garnish

Time to Prepare: 10 mins.
Time to Cook: 25 mins.
Yield: 130 Bonbons (approx.)


In a large vessel,using an electric mixer, combine butter and sugar until smooth. Add the peanut butter. Now with the help of a wooden spoon or a rubber spatula, mix well scrapping from sides of the vessel until the mixture is smooth. Add toffee bits and chopped nuts and softly fold them in the butter cream.

  • Line a large baking sheet with butter paper. Now, roll the butter cream mixture into 1-inch balls with moist hands or a small moist ice cream scoop for a no mess dollop of bonbons and place them on the baking sheet. Cover with a cling film of plastic and freeze for 15 mins. or until firm.
  • In the meantime, melt the chocolate and unsalted butter together in a large bowl on a double boiler until melted and smooth. Do not overheat as it may result into an apperance of white streaks on hardened chocolate.
  • Roll the dollops one by one into this melted chocolate and with the help of a toothpick ,lift the bonbon out and tap the toothpick lightly at the brim of the vessel and let the excess chocolate drizzle back into the bowl and place these bonbons on another butter paper lined baking sheet.Sprinkle some of the bonbons with nuts, some with rainbow sprinkles and some with cute gummy hearts.

Pack these ‘Sinful Bonbons’ in a customized container with lots of heart motiffs and gift them to your Valentine. He/She is sure to fall in love once again with you.
