We turn to God in times of fear & uncertainty as we do in times of joy & celebration Plz join us as we pray for God’s mercy to show us the way to face the challenges posed by the #coronavirus #dgreetings
March has been a challenging month.
Please bless us with miracles as we get ready to enter April.
We are ready to move from fear to FAITH
And hopelessness to HOPE
Jesus Christ, you traveled through towns and villages “curing every disease and illness.”
Come to our aid now, that we may experience your healing love.
we are so grateful for all the people
Who continue to work each day so that people are able to eat.
We ask that you bless and protect them as they serve.
Keep their bodies healthy
And please protect them all from contracting the new Coronavirus.
Loving God, Your desire is for our wholeness and well being.
We hold in tenderness and prayer the collective suffering of our world at this time.
We grieve precious lives lost and vulnerable lives threatened.
We ache for ourselves and our neighbors, standing before an uncertain future.
We pray: may love, not fear, go viral.
Inspire our leaders to discern and choose wisely, aligned with the common good.
Help us to practice social distancing and reveal to us new and creative ways to come together in spirit and in solidarity.
Call us to profound trust in your faithful presence,
You, the God who does not abandon.
We know that everything is in Your sovereign control.
We ask that You keep this coronavirus
from continuing to spread.
Help people decide to stay home
And while it may be heartbreaking,
Comfort families as they decide to keep their distance from elderly
Or other high-risk family members.
Be with me at this moment,
and guide my thoughts to those places
where I could have been more loving in my day
and consider how I will improve.
Help me to see those places where I was loving
and strengthen those parts of me
so that I can better do your will.
Thank you for all the love I’ve been blessed with
and help me in the moments ahead.
Please be with my family and friends
who are in quarantine.
Protect the ones who are going to their jobs.
Please God, show and end to this storm and
Put Your peace in our hearts.
