Instructions
Firstly cut off the bottom of the plastic container up to two inches so that it can be used as the base. Now fill the base with plaster of Paris. When the plaster dries up remove it from the bottom by slightly tapping the tabs of the mold on the table. Cut about a three-inch circle from the foam and paste it to the bottom of the plaster base. Next paint the base with watercolor and decorate the base with ribbons and lace.

Instructions
Firstly cut the tissue paper into small squares and dip these squares into a small bowl of liquid starch. Now apply these squares to the outside of the jar. Leave it to dry. Now place a tea candle in the jar. For decoration purpose you can sprinkle some glitter on the jar while the tissue paper is still wet or you can paste the ribbon or lace around the base of the jar.
