Pour oil in a non-stick fry pan.
Add garlic and ginger sauté and onions until you get the fragrance.
Combine the spice powders with 2 tablespoons of water.
Fry for a minute.
Add salt and spinach.

Add corn kernels and milk curd.

Combine cheese and salami in a food processor.
