कुरकुरी आलू टिक्की /Aloo Patties
- 5 potato / aloo, boiled & grated
- 1 green chilli, finely chopped
- 1 tsp ginger garlic paste
- ½ tsp cumin powder / jeera powder
- ½ tsp aamchur / dry mango powder
- ½ tsp chaat masala
- ½ tsp salt
- ½ tsp chilli powder
- 2 tbsp coriander, chopped
- 2 tbsp corn flour
- oil, for frying
Firstly, in a large mixing bowl take 4 boiled and grated it.
Make sure to pressure cook potatoes for 4-5 whistles and drain off the water as soon as pressure releases.
Add 1 chilli,
1 tsp ginger garlic paste.
½ tsp chilli powder.
Add ½ tsp cumin powder,
½ tsp aamchur,
½ tsp chaat masala ½ tsp salt.
Add 2 tbsp finally chopped coriander.
Now add 2 tbsp cornflour and mix well.
Grease hand with oil and prepare ball-sized tikki, flatten it a bit
Air fry it or shallow fry or deep fry as you wish
until it turns golden brown.
Flip over and cook on both sides.
Enjoy aloo tikki with green chutney and tamarind chutney
