Chocolate Cheesecake
Things Required:
1/3 Cup Melted Butter
8 1/2 Ounces Chocolate Wafer Crumbs
1/4 Teaspoon Ground Nutmeg
3 Large Eggs
2 Cups Semisweet Chocolate Chips
1 Cup Grained Sugar
3 (8-Ounce) Packages Of, Softened Cream Cheese
1 Teaspoon Vanilla Extract
1/8 Teaspoon Salt
1 Cup Sour Cream
1 Cup Whipped Cream
Instructions:
Crush the chocolate wafer crumbs, in a blender or food processor until it becomes fine. Mix 2 tablespoons of sugar and nutmeg with melted butter and blend well and place evenly all over the cake pan. Let it Chill. After that, mix1cup sugar and eggs in a mixer bowl and continue beating until it's thick and light. Put in softened cream cheese into the prepared mixture and beat the mixture until it is smooth. Melt the semisweet chocolate chips in a double boiler placed over hot water. And let it cool. Blend the cream cheese paste with vanilla, sour cream and salt and pour this mixture into the prepared pan. Bake at 325°F (160°C) for 1hour. Place the pan on a wire rack and wait until it is cooled. Whip cream with powdered sugar until its thick. Take out the cake from the pan and spread the prepared mixture over the cheesecake.
Meringue Tarts with Strawberry
Things Required:
1 cup Sugar
1/8 ts Salt
1/2 ts Baking powder
3 ea Egg whites
1 ts Vanilla
1 ts Water
Fresh sliced strawberries
1 ts Vinegar
Ingredients:
Sieve the sugar with salt and baking powder. Mix the vanilla, egg whites, vinegar and water. Put in the sugar mixture in small quantity say 1/2 teaspoon to the egg whites alternating with a few drops of the liquid, beating constantly. When all blended, continue to beat the mixture for several minutes. Put large spoonfuls on baking sheet and shape into shallow cups. Bake at 225 degrees F. for 45 minutes to 1 hour. Remove the meringues from the baking sheet quickly and chill them on the wire rack. Fill with the strawberries.
