Peanut Biscuits:
Ingredients
1 cup soy flour
4 cups whole wheat flour
3 tablespoons baking powder
1 teaspoon salt
2 cups peanut butter
1 cup milk
Directions: Firstly preheat the oven to 200 degree C. Then butter the baking sheets. Mix the baking powder, whole wheat flour soy flour and a pinch of salt in a mixing bowl. Combine well the peanut butter and milk in a blender. Pour the paste over the baking powder/flour mixture. Start kneading until the dough is smooth and firm. Ingredients
2 cups cornmeal
3 cups wheat flour
2 cup nonfat milk powder
1 teaspoon salt
3 to 4 teaspoons baking powder
2 to 3 cups waters
1 cup cooked bulgur
1/2 cup chilled vegetable shortening
Directions: Firstly heat the oven to 200 degree C. Then butter or oil a large baking sheet. Sieve cornmeal and flour together with the baking powder, nonfat milk powder and salt. Then pour water slowly. While you pour the water remember to stir the mixture with a fork, until it becomes soft. Then combine bulgur. Place the prepared mixture on floured surface and start to knead. Make four even quarters of the dough. Take one of the quarters and turn it into a circle of thickness that you desire. Put the circle on the baking sheet. Repeat the same procedure with the other quarters of dough. Bake approximately for fifteen to twenty minutes.
