  • 6 Granny Smith apples
  • 14 ounce caramel
  • 6 wooden sticks

  • 1 and 1/2 tablespoons coarse sea salt

  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

Procedure:
  • Insert wooden sticks into the apples and make sure that they go up to 3/4th of the way toward the end of their stems.
  • Cover a cookie sheet with greased aluminum foil and keep the apples on it.
  • Pour water in a saucepan and add caramel.
  • Heat the above mixture at a low temperature.
  • Stir the mixture until caramel smoothens.
  • Add vanilla extract into the mixture.
  • Dip apples into the saucepan and run them around in order to scrape off excess caramel.
  • Keep the apples on the aluminum foil, sprinkle coarse salt over them, and let them cool.
  • Add chocolate chips in a microwave safe bowl. Cook at an interval of 30 seconds and stir in between.
  • Continue stirring until the chocolate chips melt.
  • Sprinkle the melted chocolate chips over the apples and refrigerate them before serving this Halloween treat to your dear ones.

Eyeball Pasta

Ingredients:
  • 100g cherry tomatoes
  • Handful basil
  • 150g pack small mozzarella balls (drained)
  • 400g green tagliatelle
  • 4 tablespoon fresh pesto
  • 350g jar tomato sauce

Procedure:
  • Cut the cherry tomatoes in half and remove their seeds with a knife.
  • Halve the mozzarella balls.
  • Put one half of each ball into each of the cherry tomatoes.
  • Cut small circles out of a basil leaf.
  • Place each circle of leaf at the center of a mozzarella ball.
  • Heat the pasta and tomato sauce.
  • Cook the tagliatelle, and drain through the pesto and basil left over.
  • Pour the recipe into 4-6 bowls and put some tomato sauce over it.
  • Place the stuffed cherry tomatoes on top of the pasta so as to create eyeballs.

  Ingredients:
  • 1 and 1/4 cups sugar
  • 1/2 cup light corn syrup
  • 1 1/4 cups brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 2/3 cup water
  • 1 and 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 3 and 1/2 quarts popcorn (popped)

Procedure:
  • Add sugar, brown sugar, water, and light corn syrup into a saucepan.
  • Stir the mixture over medium heat until the ingredients dissolve. 
  • Add butter and heat up to 240°F or a temperature such that the mixture softens when a drop of it is put in cold water.
  • Put the popped popcorn into a bowl and sprinkle salt over it.
  • Add the syrup mixture and stir well.
  • Create small balls out of the popcorn and place them on a pan where you've applied butter.
  • Let the popcorns cool before you wrap them in white cellophane.
  • To wrap the popcorns with cellophane, keep the popcorn balls in the middle of small pieces of cellophane. Then tie off the cellophane around each popcorn ball. Create scary faces (like ghosts) on the pieces of cellophane with a black permanent marker.

  • 1 teaspoon baking powder

  • Place an oven rack at the central part of the oven and preheat it to 350°F.
  • Apply butter and flour on a 9-by-5 inch loaf pan.
  • Add flour, cocoa powder, salt, and baking powder in a bowl.
  • Add ginger, nutmeg, cinnamon, and allspice.
  • Blend the sugars, applesauce, eggs, oil, and vanilla extract in a separate bowl.
  • Add the dry ingredients into the above mixture until they blend completely.
  • Pour the mixture with the dry ingredients into the loaf pan.
  • Smooth the top of this mixture with a spatula.
  • Bake for around 45 minutes until a toothpick popped in the center of the cake can come out clean.

Pumpkin Cheesecake


Ingredients:
  • Cracker pie crust,
  • softened cream cheese,
  • sugar,
