Events Held in U.S.

Here's a list of events you may explore in U.S. during Halloween 2014.

Ghost tours: You may go on ghost tours in Maryland, Virginia, and Washington D.C. These are guided tours where you'll get to hear ghost stories about Lafayette Square Park and other haunted locations. Lafayette Square Park is considered as one of the haunted sites in Washington D.C.

Disney's Halloween events 2014: Disneyland gets a complete makeover for this festival. Be it Disney parks or characters, you'll find them all decked up for the celebrations.

Haunted train rides at Wheaton, Maryland: Enjoy the train rides through a haunted forest at Shorefield Road, Wheaton, Maryland. There are separate rides for children and teenagers or adults. The dates for such haunted rides are October 8-9, 13-16, 20-23 and 27-30, 2014 and the time allotted is 6 p.m. to 9 p.m.

Scary haunt at Kings Dominion: Located in Doswell (in Virginia), this theme park has been organizing Halloween events from September 30, which will last until October 30. This park has five scare zones and nine mazes with creepers and monstrous creatures to thrill you with a ghoulish experience. You may bring your children to attend a kids' party known as Howl-O-Fest.

A parade in Vienna: You can take part in the costume parade that'll start from Branch Road and end at Center Street along Maple Avenue in Vienna, Virginia. The parade will be held at 7 p.m. on October 26, 2014. The theme for this year's parade is "Vienna Celebrating Community Service".
