Its regrettable that the Tray was received broken. Although we take ample care in packaging the products, at times the pottery items do tend to get damaged during transit. We are sending a new Tray by courier to your Mumbai address.

I had just send an item to my parents in Mumbai through your site and I found from them that one of your item was broken.
The item in concern is a pottery tray (not sure if blue or yellow) with 300gms of Badaam or 300gms of Kaju.
I made this using my own combo for US $ 49.35.
My order number is DMPUSD4412091838.
I appreciate your quick delivery of your product but quite disappointed with the quality that too on such a special occasion.
I will be really grateful if you can do something about it.
