Strengthening the customer support, we require Customer Care Executives at our New Delhi office. The job profile would comprise of attending to customer queries for our various Online Stores. The mode of interaction with customers will be through online chat, email & phone. The job would require understanding of the entire product range sold through our Online stores and the ordering & shipment process. The objective will be to minimize the response time for all customer queries. The job openings are currently available for night shifts only.
