1) I want to send a gift on a specific date and time. How do I do it?
You can order the gift from any of the various categories and
we will try it gets delivered on the specified date and time as
requested by you.
We ship all gift products within 24 hours of receiving the confirmed
order. The gifts are shipped through Blue Dart Courier Service and
those areas where Blue Dart service is not available orders are
sent through Indian postal Service.
Blue Dart Courier delivers gifts in all the metros within 24 hours
of shipment while for other destinations it takes 48-72 hrs. Click
here to find the destinations serviced by Blue Dart.
In case, the gift destinations are not serviced by Blue Dart order
is sent through Registered Post or Speed post of Indian Postal service.
Postal orders are shipped on next working day. The postal delivery
takes 2-10 days.

As far as flower and cakes gift orders are concerned they are hand
delivered by our local partner Ferns N Petals (FNP) and their affiliates.
All flower express delivery orders received up to 11 AM IST are
delivered the same day and thereafter the next day through FNP network.
Please note that we ensure gift gets delivered on a specified date
however we cannot guarantee about the timings due to the execution
of multiple orders.
11) How long does the gift take to reach its destination?
We realize that gifts are the embodiment of sentiments hence we
ship them as soon as the payment formalities are cleared.
All flower express delivery orders received up to 11 AM IST are
delivered the same day and thereafter the next day through FNP network.
Orders other than flowers and cakes that are received before 5
PM IST are couriered the same day except on Sundays.
Those areas where the Blue Dart courier service is not available
orders are sent through registered post/speed post. Postal orders
are shipped on next working day.
The courier delivery can take 1-4 days while the postal delivery
takes 2-10 days.

12) What if no one is available to receive the parcel at the
destination?
The courier makes two attempts for delivery on two days. The courier
service leaves a message in case the person is not available. After
two failed attempts, the courier company informs us about the non-delivery.
The packet is kept at their local office. We get in touch with the
customer, and get more details to redirect the packet or seek more
contact information for the receiver.
However, in case of shipments by Indian Postal Service, we cannot
provide any follow up service once the items have been shipped from
our place.
As far as flowers and cakes are concerned we will attempt delivery
of the items once. Incase the delivery is not executed during the
attempt, due to wrong address/recipient not available/premises locked,
you will still be charged for the order.

13) Is there a way to track my order?
You can track your order anytime by simply entering the order number
in our state of the art tracking software that will give you a complete
status of your order including the product and shipment details.
Besides this we also provide regular update to you via emails about
the status of your order.
However, with regard to postal orders we will be unable to provide
you with any tracking information as Indian Postal Service does
not provide with any kind of tracking facility.
As far as flower orders are concerned you will be duly informed
about its shipment and delivery dates. Please note that in most
of cases the mail confirming the delivery of flower order will be
sent to you a day after its delivery (after we receive the confirmation
from our local partners).
