Wedding Etiquette

What you are about to read are things to do and not to do on your wedding. This information comes from professional etiquette guides and other information comes from what we have learned through years. So if you want to pull this day off the proper way then keep reading.
There are various wedding etiquettes, For example wedding invitation etiquette, wedding gift etiquette, wedding reception etiquette, wedding attire etiquette, wedding ring etiquette, wedding planning etiquette and wedding registry etiquette etc. Here is the list of some etiquette.
Some Invitation Problems
If you do not want children on your wedding, you have two options available: While addressing your invitations, leave the children’s name off it and also do not mention them in the invitation.

Have friends and family pass the word around that you don’t want children there.

Reception Seating Plan
Don’t seat the battling relatives together. Seat teens, aunts and uncles together so that everyone has a good time. Try seating groups either by their relationships to you or by their ages.

Stick to table numbers. Famous couples, places you have been etc are hard to see from the room. There are many complaints by the guests at the weddings, when they have to search for their tables.

Reserve tables are all you need. Why reserve chairs and put yourself through extra work. It just gives something more to complain about.

Wearing Gloves
Gloves give your wedding dress such an elegant look. You can take them off sometime before you put on your wedding ring. It’s appropriate to wear your gloves in the receiving lines and the first dance but when it comes to eating and party, the gloves come off.
