Valentine Cookies
Ingredients:
½ Cup Of Butter
½ Cup Of Milk
1 Cup Of Sugar
6 Tablespoons Of Cocoa
½ Teaspoon Of Salt
3 Cups Of Uncooked Oats
1 Tablespoon Of Vanilla
Instructions For Preparation:
Firstly take butter, milk, sugar and cocoa in a bola and heat the mixture in the microwave for about 5 ½ minutes and keep stirring the mixture after every 2 minutes. Now pour 3 cups of oats and 1 tablespoon of vanilla in the above mixture. Next scoop and drop onto wax paper. Keep it for cooling in the refrigerator.
Valentine Chocolate Cheesecake
Ingredients:
Cakes Or Cheesecakes
2 Cups Of Finely Crushed Vanilla Wafers
1 Cup Of Ground Toasted Almonds
½ Cup Of Melted Butter
½ Cup Of Sugar
½ Oz Milk Chocolate Chips
½ Cup Of Milk
1 Ea Env. Unflavored Gelatin
16 Oz Of Softened Cream Cheese
½ Cup Of Sour Cream
½ Teaspoon Of Almond Extract
½ Cup Of Whipped Heavy Cream

Instructions For Preparation:
Take some vanilla waver crumbs, almonds, butter and sugar in a bowl and mix them well. Pat it firmly into the 9-inch pan while covering the bottom and 2-1/2 inch up the sides. Keep it aside. Next melt some water chocolate chips in warm water and stir it until it becomes smooth. Set it aside also. Next take some milk in the saucepan and sprinkle some gelatin over the top. Keep it aside for 1 minute. Cook the mixture over low heat until the gelatin dissolves. Now in a bowl mix the cream cheese, sour cream and chocolate chips and beat the mixture until it becomes fluffy. Now take the gelatin mixture and almond extract in a bowl and beat it. Next fold in the whipped cream and pour it into the prepared pan. Keep it for cooling until it becomes firm. Now run the knife around the edges of the cake in order to separate it from the pan and remove the rim. You can garnish the cake with whipped cream and chocolate shavings.
