There are various flowers belonging to different families having many species.
Among the various flowers roses are well known among the mankind, as rose is a flower shrub belonging to the Genus Rosa. There are around hindered species of wild roses or even more from the Northern Hemisphere and temperate regions.
Description Of Rose
The species form a group of generally thorny shrubs or climbers and sometimes trailing plants, reaching 2–5 m in height and rarely reach to a height of 20 m by climbing over other plants.
The leaves are 5–15 cm long, Pinnate with (3–) 5–9 (–13) leaflets and basal stipules. The leaflets usually have saw toothed margin along with small thorns on the underside of the stem as it often seen that roses have thorns. Maximum numbers of roses are deciduous but a small number of of them are evergreen. The flowers of most species roses have five petals except Rosa sericea, which often has four, usually white or pink, in a few species and yellow or red. The ovary is inferior, developing under the petals and sepals.
Meaning Of Rose Colors
There are varieties of roses having different colors. The different colors of roses have different meaning and each color rose symbolizes as specific message such as:
Red Roses means romance, beauty, respect, courage, fanatical love, unity and are the most popular of all roses. Also they stand for true love and a tool to propose special ones as on valentine day red roses are greeted all special people. Red and yellow blended means gaiety and loyalty, jovial and happy feelings
Orange roses specify enthusiasm, desire and fascination. The orange rose says, I am proud of you.
Black roses stand for the Death, evil, sin, mystical things.
Purple roses stand for development, magnification, wealth, dignity and glory and mean I will always love you.
Peach roses signify desire, anticipation, sincere appreciation and optimism for the future and Pale peach roses are a sign of humility.
White roses represent unity, loyalty, reverence, humility, purity, silence and innocence as well as youthfulness. It is always treated with cleanness, neatness as it is often said as white as milk.
Apart form the above there are other color roses also which spread different messages among people.
