Exhibits at Thanksgiving Point's North American Museum of Ancient Life include some of the longest and tallest Thanksgiving Point Dinosaurs ever discovered. In all, the gigantic dinosaur museum houses more that 50 standing dinosaurs and more than 100 flying reptiles
LEHI-The North American Museum of Ancient Life at Thanksgiving Point has 122,000 square feet of exhibit space that takes visitors back to the time when dinosaurs roamed the planet. More than 60 standing skeletal Thanksgiving Point Dinosaurs and hundreds of smaller items can be seen at the museum. There also are some 800 pieces in the small fossil collection. Museum director Bill Bridges believes the facility is the largest dinosaur museum in the world in terms of showcased items.
As you enter the North Hall, you get to view an Elasmosaur, a Tylosaur, and the vicious Xiphactinus. You can also watch the Carcharadon, the largest shark ever. In the Grand Hall, the colossal of Brachiosaurus and Supersaurus waits for your inspection. Then the dueling T-Rexes fight over a kill and captures your attention.
