Bach Flower Remedy

Bach flower remedy can be traced back to the 1930s. A medical practitioner named Dr. Edward Bach is the formulator of Bach flower remedy. Dr. Bach was greatly interested in Homeopathy and he incorporated some of the formulas of Homeopathy into his Bach flower remedy. But unlike homeopathy, Bach flower remedy is much simpler and does not depend on shifting symptoms.

The Bach flower remedy is used to cure emotional conditions and peculiar human characteristics. There are 38 remedies and to select the correct remedy for a person, all the person has to do, is to think about the way he is feeling and what sort of person he is. The correct mental symptom has to diagnosed before prescribing one of the 38 Bach flower remedies. Sometimes two or more remedies have to be mixed to get the correct remedy for the mental condition.
Bach flower remedy is a form of holistic remedy. They curb negative impulses in the mind and fill the person with positive energy. Every mental condition has a physical manifestation. If the mind is healthy, the person will automatically lead a healthy and happy life. Therefore, Bach flower remedy works towards achieving a healthy mind.
