Father's day Pineapple Cake

Things Required:

For the Cake:

1½ cup of flour
1 teaspoon of baking powder
1 teaspoon of baking soda
1 cup of white sugar
½ teaspoon of vanilla
½ teaspoon of salt
1 tablespoon of white vinegar
5 tablespoon of vegetable oil
1 cup of pineapple juice

For the Icing:

2-½ cup of flour
1/8 teaspoon of powdered ginger
½ cup of milk
¼ cup of butter
½ cup of cream cheese
¼ teaspoon of salt
1 cup of icing sugar
¼ cup of crushed pineapple

Instructions:

Firstly filter the flour, sugar, baking soda and salt in the bowl. Now put some pineapple juice in the saucepan and keep it for heating until it gets lukewarm. Put in a small amount of crushed pineapple to the juice. Next add some vanilla, vinegar and vegetable oil to the above-prepared mixture of sifted items. Add the pineapple juice to the mixture and whisk the mixture well. It is advisable to preheat the oven for about 10 minutes at 350 degree Fahrenheit. Lastly pour this batter in an un-greased frying pan and heat it for the duration of 30 minutes at about 350 Fahrenheit.

Instructions for preparing the icing:

Combine well the flour, milk and the powdered ginger in a frying pan and cook this mixture on a medium flame. Heat the mixture until it turns into a thick paste. Next cool the mixture. Take the cream, butter and the crushed pineapple and mix them together. Now add the lukewarm paste, salt along with the icing sugar to the above prepared mixture. Whisk the mixture till it turns fluffy. Keep the mixture for refrigerating for about an hour. Put this icing on the cake.
