Easter bunny cake
Ingredients:
3 eggs
1 cup water
1 package Carrot Cake Mix
1/2 cup vegetable oil
1 can fluffy white ready-to-spread frosting
1 cup flaked coconut
Jelly beans or small gumdrops
Green food color
1 cup flaked coconut
Construction paper
Method: Firstly preheat the oven to 350. Then, oil the base of only of two 8-inch or 9-inch round pans. Whip water, cake mix, oil and eggs in large bowl. Pour the mixture into pans. Bake 8-inch pans 30 minutes, 9-inch pans 27 minutes. Keep the cake aside for 10 minutes; remove from pans. Then cool the cake completely for 1 hour. Then, cut a layer in half. Fix the halves together with frosting to form the body of the bunny. To give the cake, the shape of a bunny rabbit, cut out ears from the cake by cutting one petal from the top left hand side and the other petal from the right side. Put the cake upright on cut edge on a large tray. Cut out a notch about one-third of the way up one end of body to form the head of the bunny. Fix half of cutout piece for tail with toothpicks. Cut ears and press into top. Use jelly beans for eyes and nose. Your Easter bunny cake is ready!!!
