White Pizza
Ingredients:
3 Teaspoons dry yeast
2 Cups warm water
4-5 Cups white flour
1 Teaspoon salt
1 Tablespoon olive oil
Kosher salt
Dried Rosemary
Olive Oil
Method: Put yeast in the warm water. Mix 3 cups of flour to the yeast and water mixture, adding salt and olive oil regularly a little at a time. Add the rest of the flour bit by bit until the dough is tight. Put the dough in a greased bowl and spread the grease all over the dough. Put the dough for 2 hours so that the dough gets fluffy. Punch down the dough and roll out on the floured board to any shape you desire. Put dough in a pan or cookie sheet. With a brush spread olive oil over the dough. Use your thumb and 2 fingers to make dimples on the dough. Sprinkle the Kosher sea salt and rosemary over the surface of the dough. Let the dough rise a bit then bake it at 375° F for about 25 minutes. Your pizza is ready.
Grilled Pizza
Ingredients:
4 Tablespoons Fresh, Chopped Parsley
Pizza Dough Balls - Defrosted
2 Cup Olive Oil
1 1/2 Cups Grated Romano Cheese
Cups Canned Plum Tomatoes
3/4 Cup Fresh Chopped Basil
Tablespoons Minced Garlic
1 1/2 Cups Shredded Mozzarella
Method: Firstly grill the pizza for 30 seconds. In a mixing bowl, mix basil, tomatoes, olive oil and the garlic. In a separate bowl, mix grated Romano cheese and shredded Mozzarella. Spread some cheese mixture over each pizza, and then pour a small quantity of tomato mixture over each pizza. Sprinkle parsley over each pizza. Place the pizza back on the grill. Close the lid and cook just till cheese is melted, about another minute. Serve immediately.
