Ingredients
5 large potatoes, peeled and cubed |

1/8 cup olive oil
1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
1/2 teaspoon dried basil
1 tablespoon minced garlic
1/2 teaspoon dried dill weed
1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
1/2 teaspoon dried parsley
1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
1/2 teaspoon dried marjoram
Salt according to taste

Cooking Directions: Preheat oven to 475 degrees F. In a large bowl, mix together garlic, basil, oil, marjoram, red pepper flakes, dill weed, thyme, oregano, parsley and salt. Stir in potatoes until evenly coated. Place potatoes in a single layer on a baking sheet. Roast for 20 to 30 minutes in the preheated oven, turning the potatoes at regular interval to brown on all sides.
Ham with Honey
Ingredients

5 pounds ready-to-eat ham
2/3 cup butter
1/4 cup whole cloves
1/4 cup dark corn syrup
2 ½ cups honey
Cooking Directions: Preheat oven to 325 degrees F. Put the ham in foil lined pan. Place the corn syrup, honey and butter on the first half of a double boiler and then heat. Your honey glaze is ready. Then spread the glaze evenly over ham, and bake for 1 hour and 15 minutes in the preheated oven. Baste ham every 10 to 15 minutes with the honey glaze. Remove from oven, and serve it!!!
