It is made by the blend of lemon skins or peel in pure alcohol. It is also known as ‘Lemoncello’, sweet and sour mix—generally, a blend of lemon juice and syrup. To make your own sweet and sour mix, combine fresh lemon juice with two tablespoons of sugar, fresh lemon juice—freshly squeezed lemon juice and sugar.
Process: You just have to combine ingredients in a cocktail shaker which is half-filled with ice cubes; shake well and the drink is ready to be served. For decoration, swirl half a lemon around the rim of a margarita glass and dip in sugar. Pour the contents of the cocktail shaker into the glass, and serve in Margarita Glass.
