Ingredients:
3 cups bread crumbs, toasted
4 boneless chicken breast halves

1/2 cup chopped celery
Lemon juice
1/3 cup finely chopped onion
6 tablespoons melted butter
2 teaspoons parsley flakes
3/4 cup chopped walnuts
1/2 teaspoon seasoned salt
Pepper

Preparation:
Blend together bread crumbs, onion, celery, parsley, walnuts, half of the melted butter, 1/2 teaspoon seasoned salt. Pour some water to moisten the mixture. Lay out 4 squares of aluminum foil of double thickness, and cream it. Make balls of stuffing made from the bread crumbs on each buttered square of foil then place on baking sheet. Brush both sides of the chicken with lemon juice then with the remaining butter. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Fold foil up over the chicken to make individual package. Bake at 350° for 40 minutes. Open packages and bake for another 10 minutes.

Chicken with Buttermilk
Ingredients:
1 1/2 cup buttermilk
4 chicken breasts
1 can cream of mushroom soup
3/4 cup flour
1/2 t. salt
1/4 t. pepper
1/4 cup butter
Preparation:
Mix flour, salt and pepper in a bowl. Dip chicken into 1/2 cup buttermilk. Roll the chicken in flour, salt and pepper mixture. Melt butter in a baking pan, then place chicken in the pan. Bake at 425° uncovered for 30 minutes. Turn and bake 15 minutes more. Turn breasts again. Pour 1 cup buttermilk and cream of chicken soup mixed together over chicken. Bake for another 10 minutes more.
