Birthday Party Favors

Birthday parties are incomplete without the party favors. With these little gifts, the guests take back home a slice of the lovely time they have had at the party. If you have a birthday party to throw, here are a few tips to help you select the perfect party favors for your guests:

Try to match your birthday party favors to the party theme. That is, if it is a Barbie princess party for your little girl, the favors should include Barbie stickers, little Barbie trinkets, candies wrapped in pink, and all these could go inside little goodie bags of thesame color. If it is a base ball party, tiny base ball candies and photos of some base ball stars would thrill the kids. The favors for a grown-up's beach party can have beach balls and signed mugs.

Select the favors keeping in mind the age of the guests. Favors are possibly the most awaited part of the party for the kids. So while selecting a favor for them, make sure it is something exiting. Candies are of course a must for the kids, and personalized candy bars with the kids' initials on them are sure to be a great hit! You can include stickers, balloons, whistles and crackers in the bags. If you have teens in your guest list, it would be a great idea to put in some cool accessories, cosmetics, or pictures of their favorite movie stars.

The ones for the adults could have a key ring with the guest's initials carved on it. Candles, purses, bags, vases, mementos – your choices are unnumbered! Try to make the favors personalized as this would make the guest feel extra special.

Photo frames with a snap of the birthday boy or girl, or a picture of the guest himself can make wonderful party favors for your guests. A little thank you note in the favor bag would complete your role as a host.

The favors need not be expensive ones. Your guests are sure to adore your little gifts if you are a little imaginative and warm while choosing the gifts.Pose to be a guest yourself and think what you would like to have as a return gift. This would make it easier for you to choose!
