Cooking mouthwatering food, from some of the anniversary recipes is a nice way to surprise your beloved on this special day. A wedding anniversary is the time to celebrate the love and togetherness of a couple, who have been there for each other through thick and thin. The arrangement to celebrate this day has to be of top class, everything about it must be perfect including the anniversary food, location, ambience, anniversary gifts etc. An intimate dinner sounds like a very good idea to celebrate the occasion.

If you are the husband, who is not very fond of spending time in the kitchen, you can surprise her with some tastefully cooked food. If you are a wife, who loves experimenting with food and cooking new dishes, this is another occasion to surprise him with some new dishes. The anniversary recipes contain lots of dishes; you have to select something simple for the anniversary dinner.
A couple of simple and healthy anniversary recipes are given here for you:
Baked Chicken 3 green onions
6 chicken breasts
1 cup cheddar cheese
1/2 cup salad dressing
8 tablespoons teriyaki sauce
1-1/2 ounces bacon bits
1 tablespoon fresh parsley
Preheat oven to 350. Take a large pan and heat the oil in it. Put in the chicken and sauté till each side turns lightly brown. Now, Place the chicken in a baking dish and coat the pieces with teriyaki sauce and salad dressing. On top of the chicken, pour the cheese, green onions and bacon pieces on top.
Bake it for about half and hour and garnish with parsley before serving.

Kidney Bean salad

1 bell pepper
1-2 celery stalks
1/2 cup red onion
3 hard boiled eggs
1 can of mini corn
1 can of red kidney beans
1 can of white kidney beans
1/2 cup chopped sweet pickles
Dressing:
1/4 cup wine
1 tsp. sugar
1/4 cup salad oil
1 tsp. celery seed
1/2 tsp. mustard powder
Take a container and drain the water from the mini corn and bean cans. Take a salad bowl and add the rest of the ingredients along with the dressing and mix it gently. Add salt and pepper if you want and refrigerate it before serving.
