Celebrating a wedding anniversary is a momentous occasion. Couples prefer to celebrate it in different ways. Sometimes families and friends have a lot of say, in the celebration as they want to commemorate it in their special way, by throwing a party or organizing any other event for the couple. Whatever anniversary events one chooses, it is important to keep in mind the anniversary etiquettes. The best anniversary etiquette is no doubt, making the wishes of the couple a top priority. Many people might come up with endless suggestions, but being the organizer of the party, you have to decide what to include and what not to.

There are certain party etiquettes, which one must follow while organizing an anniversary party. Some of them are:
The seating arrangement, at the party must be such that the elder son sits to the mother’s right while the elder daughter must sit at the left of the father.
Never force the couple to do anything, which they are not comfortable with. Some of the things like receiving the guests can be left to the other members of the family, if the couple is not keen on doing it.
Keep a note of the people you are inviting to the party. Invite the best man and maid of honor along with their restive spouse or partner.

Get presents for the couple, who are celebrating their anniversary. Get something, which the two of them can use; or get individual gifts if you know their preferences.
